Welcome to Ammoue AI ("Ammoue", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using our AI-powered website builder, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to follow these Terms of Service.

1. Service Overview

Ammoue AI provides proprietary generative technologies to architect, iterate, and deploy web environments. We utilize a mesh of high-performance cloud infrastructure and secure data processing layers to facilitate our services.

Service Availability & Maintenance: Ammoue AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or limit access to the service (or specific features) for scheduled maintenance, system updates, or emergency repairs. Furthermore, as our service relies on complex third-party infrastructure (including advanced compute models and global hosting nodes), we are not liable for service interruptions caused by external outages. No refunds or credit extensions will be provided for periods of downtime.

2. Account Security & User Conduct

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials utilized via our authorized authentication gateways.
• You must not use Ammoue AI to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent (phishing), defamatory, or malicious.
• Sharing account access with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You must review and verify all generated outputs before publishing. Ammoue AI provides content generated through complex algorithmic processing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or functional integrity of the code produced. You are solely responsible for testing and verifying all code before using it in a live environment.
• Users are strictly prohibited from using automated tools, scrapers, or reverse-engineering techniques to extract our proprietary logic, system architecture, or underlying source code.

3. Payments, Pro Plan & Refunds

Ammoue offers a "Pro" upgrade for a one-time fee. This provides access to the service as it exists and evolves.

• Transaction Safety: Payments are handled exclusively by secure third-party processors. We do not store your financial information.
• No Refunds: Due to the immediate delivery of digital credits and the non-recoverable costs of automated generation, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the 'Pro' status is activated immediately upon successful transaction verification by our backend, and as such, the service is considered 'fully performed'. You waive your right to a refund unless required by mandatory local law.
• Usage Credits: Daily generation and deployment credits are provided as a courtesy of the Pro plan and have no monetary value. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused, lost, or expired daily limits under any circumstances.
• Credits: Daily usage limits for Pro users are refreshed every 24 hours. Unused credits do not roll over.
• Chargebacks: Any attempt to fraudulently chargeback a completed transaction will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account and the deletion of all hosted content.
• Lifetime Access: "Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the Ammoue AI platform. We reserve the right to modify, transition, or sunset features as the technology evolves.
• Advanced Processing: Pro users gain access to high-tier computational reasoning engines. Access is subject to infrastructure availability and internal fair use policies.
• Pricing & Plan Changes: Ammoue AI reserves the right to change its pricing, subscription plans, or the features included in any plan at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes to pricing will not affect transactions that have already been completed. Your continued use of the service following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing or plan structure.

5. Intellectual Property & System Ownership

Ammoue AI owns the underlying technology, generative templates, and platform architecture. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the output generated for your own personal or business purposes. However, Ammoue AI reserves the right to provide similar architectural structures and generative patterns to other users of the platform.

Ownership of Content: You retain ownership of the specific text, images, and branding assets you provide. Ammoue AI grants you a perpetual license to use the generated code for your deployed site, provided you maintain an active or valid account status. The structural assembly logic remains the trade secret of Ammoue AI.

6. Third-Party Infrastructure

Our service relies on essential third-party infrastructure for Authentication, Database management, Payments, and Edge Hosting. Your use of Ammoue AI is simultaneously governed by their respective Terms of Service. We are not responsible for downtime or data loss caused by these infrastructure providers.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ammoue AI is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees regarding uptime or accuracy. You agree to indemnify (protect) Ammoue AI from any legal claims or expenses (including lawyer fees) arising from the content you publish or your use of the service. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Mandatory Arbitration & No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute between you and Ammoue AI will be settled through binding individual arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or a jury trial.

9. System Integrity & Usage Monitoring

To ensure platform stability, Ammoue AI employs automated heuristic analysis to identify non-standard usage patterns. Users found to be utilizing automated scripts to bypass system constraints or performing unauthorized stress tests on our infrastructure will be subject to immediate account suspension without a refund.
